Estos son parte de los actos programados por el festival "Viñetas con Altura". Otros autores de Argentina, EEUU, Brasil y Alemania tomarán parte en él.

CUATRO GATOS

Las primeras páginas de la serie "Cuatro Gatos", que estoy realizando para la revista "La Plaza" editada por el ayuntamiento de Leganés. El encargo fue una serie sobre el ocio joven, y a mi se me ocurrió la idea de estructurar la serie alrededor de una imaginaria "red social" y de paso poder jugar narrativamente con las posibilidades visuales de estas páginas.

These are the first pages of the "Four Cats" series I am doing for the magazine "La Plaza", published by the City Council of Leganés. The assignment was to do a series on young leisure. My idea was to structure the series around an imaginary "social network", and play narratively with the visual possibilities of these pages.

PERU (1)

El pasado mes fuí invitado a dar una conferencia y un taller de historieta en Lima ( Perú) dentro de los actos programados por el festival "Mundo viñeta", que se celebró del 10 al 23 de Moviembre y en el que participaron además otros dibujantes y guionistas de Alemania, Suiza y Francia. Fue una experiencia realmente estupenda y desde aquí quiero agradecer tanto al "Centro Cultural de España en Lima" como a mis estupendos alumnos todo su trabajo y su apoyo.

Last month I was invited to give a conference and lead a workshop on comics at Lima (Peru), as part of the acts programmed by the Mundo Viñeta Festival, which was held from the 10th to the 23rd of November. Other artists and script-writers from Germany, Switzerland and France also took part in it. It was a really great experience, and I would like to thank the Spanish Cultural Centre in Lima and my wonderful students for all their work and support.

This is a new comic page made for a project named "El Futuro será luego", a little comic published by the "Huesca´s City Hall" during the last PERIFERIAS Festival. The page is written by Santiago García who made a brilliant work talking about olds architects and their "never-made" projects.
