HISTORIETAS SOBRE ARTE

La primera página es una de las tres que he hecho para el número dos de la revista "El Manglar". Trata sobre Ilya Kabákov, un artista contemporáneo ruso.
Esta historieta pertenece a un proyecto en el que vengo trabajando ultimamente: una serie de historias cortas sobre arte y artistas. Casi todas ellas están escritas por Santiago García. Podéis ver aquí la primera página de "Una breve historia del arte marginal" y una página de "Amanecer Nuclear".

Is about Ilya Kabákov a russian contemporary artist.
This comic belongs to a project I´m working now: a series of shorts storys about art and artist. Almost of this comics writing by Santiago García.

Esta ilustración ha sido encargada por el"Centro Cultural de
España en México".
Mi trabajo y el de otros cuatro ilustradores más podrá verse en el mismo centro en México D.F. en
una exposición que durará tres meses.

This Illustration was commissioned by"Spanish Cultural
Center in Mexico".
The works of other four illustrators and mine will show in the same
center, in Mexico D.F. during the three months exhibition.

PREMIO SND

MI trabajo para el periódico "El Economista" ha ganado uno de los "Premios de Excelencia" (categoría "Ilustración/Portafolio individual") en la 28 edición de los SND Annual Best os Newspaper Design Competition".

My work for the "El Economista" newspaper has won one of the "Award of Excellence"( category "Illustration/Portfolio individual") in the SND 28th Annual Best of Neswpaper Design Competition.

NUEVA CORTINILLA CANAL PLUS

Parte del "story board" que he hecho para mi última cortinilla promocional encargada por "Canal +".
Este corto se emitirá en un canal de cine, así que elegí a un popular personaje que me gusta mucho dibujar.

FESTIVAL DE CINE DE ALCALA

Durante el "Festival de Cine de Alcalá" una exposición colectiva llamada "CINE Y COMIC EN ESPAÑA" mostrará los trabajos
que algunos ilustradores y dibujantes de historieta hemos hecho para películas y cortos de animación.
Podréis ver allí algunos de mis cortos hechos para Canal+, "story boards", diseños y posters.

During the "Alcalá Film Festival" a collective exhibition named "CINEMA AND COMIC IN SPAIN" will show the works that some illustrators and comics creators did for movies and animation shorts.
You can see there some of my "Canal +" shorts, story boards, designs and movie posters.

INTERRUPTUS

"interruptus" es una exposición colectiva sobre el sexo, liderada y organizada por el fotógrafo Mike Steel.
Un gran grupo de pintores, fotógrafos e ilustradores muestran sus trabajos juntos hasta el 15 de Octubre en "La Boca/Espacio de cultura" que se encuentra en la calle Argumosa de Madrid.
Estas son las dos últimas pinturas que he hecho para este proyecto.

"Interruptus" is a collective exhibition about sex, leading and organized by the photographer Mike Steel.
A big group of painters, photographers and illustrators show their works together until 15 October in "La Boca/ Espacio de cultura", here in Madrid in the Argumosa street.
